Process

1. Surface preparation: The substrate is cleaned, sanded and primed to ensure good adhesion.
2. Installation of the epoxy layer: A base layer is applied to the floor, which creates a smooth and strong surface, then colored flakes are sprinkled, which give the desired pattern and density.
4. Protective varnish: Finally, the surface is covered with a layer of transparent varnish, which seals and protects the floor. The work usually takes 3-4 days, including drying time. For normal loads, the floor can be walked on after a couple of days, for heavier objects or machines, you have to wait about a week.





Durability

DurabilityAbrasion and scratch resistant: The floor has a strong protective layer, which can be chosen with a glossy or matte finish.

Weather-resistant: The dried surface withstands both cold and heat well - approximately between -30°C and +80°C.






Maintenance and cleaning

 

The flake floor is easy to maintain.

Do not use: solvents, strong acidic or alkaline cleaning agents, chlorine, acetone or rough sponges.

 

Recommended cleaning: pH neutral floor cleaner, microfiber mop and warm water. If necessary, special maintenance products for epoxy floors can be used. Regular removal of dust and sand helps prevent scratches and keeps the floor fresh and beautiful for years to come.
