Installation process

(3–5 days)

Preparation – the substrate is cleaned, sanded and primed.

Epoxy layer – a base layer is applied, which provides strength and adhesion.

Adding quartz sand – quartz sand is sprinkled onto the wet layer, creating a durable and slip-resistant surface.

Protective varnish – a transparent protective layer (matte or glossy) that seals the surface and increases wear resistance.

You can walk on the 3rd–4th day.

For heavier loads, approximately 7 days of drying time will be added.

 

 

Durability

 

Wear and impact resistant. Suitable for areas with constant movement or machine use. Withstands temperatures from -30 to +80 °C. Not damaged by oils, fuels or mild chemicals.

 

Maintenance

Avoid: solvents, strong acids/alkali, chlorine, acetone, rough brushes. Recommended: neutral floor detergent, microfiber mop, warm water. Regular removal of sand and dust keeps the floor safe, clean and long-lasting.
